Within our organizational system, each property has direct access to the departments within Three Rivers Hospitality as well as guidance from the assigned District Manager. Procedures and programs to support the needs of the hotel -- from accounts payable to statistical reporting -- provide management the ability to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. Our reporting capabilities result in efficient flow of information from the property to the owner.
Three Rivers Hospitality has programs in place to address: Guest Satisfaction, Statistical Analysis, Month End Information, Daily Cash Reconciliation, Crisis Management, Annual Budgeting, Monthly P&L Reporting, OSHA Compliance, Brand QAE Monitoring, Revenue Maximization and Yield Management, Marketing Planning, Preventative Maintenance, Labor Monitoring, Payroll Analysis, A/R Aging, Manager Evaluation and Quarterly Property Reviews. In addition, we work individually with each property to design programs that fit their specific needs.
Our approach to hotel management focuses on addressing property level concerns to ensure the operations/staff/owners needs are met on a consistent basis.
